The D / A converter DigiMaster has probably the most consistent digital audio data processing of all present on the market converter. Both the data on the USB and on the SPDIF input are received up to 192 kHz / 24 bit and then fed directly to the 24 bit R2R converter PCM1704U-K. Throughout the transmission neither upsampling nor oversampling takes place. There are no digital filters in the signal path. The data transfer of the USB input happens in asynchronous mode, whereby the clock is given by the high-precision generator of the DigiMaster. The entire USB input circuit is powered by the PC via the USB connection, with an inductive coupler (i-Coupler) providing galvanic isolation between the PC and the DigiMaster. In order to keep the high-frequency interference components away from the output, The DigiMaster detects the incoming sampling rate of the signal and then activates a corresponding analogue filter. This consists of precision inductors and capacitors manufactured especially for us, so it is designed to be purely passive. On the analogue side, the path of the simplest signal processing was consistently continued. Only one resistor ensures the current-voltage conversion (U / I conversion). An output stage in pure tube technology takes over the voltage amplification and provides the signal sufficiently low impedance at the output. On the analogue side, the path of the simplest signal processing was consistently continued. Only one resistor ensures the current-voltage conversion (U / I conversion). An output stage in pure tube technology takes over the voltage amplification and provides the signal sufficiently low impedance at the output. On the analogue side, the path of the simplest signal processing was consistently continued. Only one resistor ensures the current-voltage conversion (U / I conversion). An output stage in pure tube technology takes over the voltage amplification and provides the signal sufficiently low impedance at the output.

The devices of the Master series are delivered as standard with high-quality switching power supplies that comply with the latest energy-saving guidelines. As an upgrade, a linearly regulated power supply from our own development and production is offered. This power supply can supply two devices of the master series.
The software of both the DriveMaster and the DigiMaster are developments from our company.
